SHOCK AND VIBRATION PROBE

Vibrations are one of the least understood phenomenon in drilling of oil and gas wells. Not much attention is paid to this topic, since BHA dynamics services are not cheap usually and require the wide post analysis. Therefore no specific vibration managment with modern approach carried out in the industry.

We developed simple sensor using the known solutions among manufacturers of MWD systems which are focused only for downhole dynamics. Unit has reliable design and compatible with wide range of drilling conditions. Data saved in memory allows to perform post job analysis.

DETAILS

Received data can be interpreted via special software and build the plots with different parameters. It is possible to combine the surface and downhole data such as drilling parametres from rig system or mud log service and vibrations of BHA from SVP respectivelly. Available the following values: Shocks XYZ, Vibrations XYZ, Rotation speed with Stick-Slip.
